Thank you to everyone who voted for Z3Talent for Best Recruiting Firm in Colorado. Results are pending, but we appreciate the support and confidence.

Strong Start to the Year

We came into the new year with momentum; several new search engagements launched immediately, along with a few complex assignments that continue to demand focus. Activity has remained steady and, in several sectors, accelerated.

Beyond search work, we’ve hosted several gatherings to bring leaders together:

  • EO Alumni Event at Worldwide Vintage Autos, owned by Chris Phillips

  • YPO Champions Lunch, The Myth of the Normal Brain.

  • Apex Collective Padel Event featuring a YPO Needs/Leads roundtable facilitated by Hendrik Jordaan from Nelson Mullins.

Internally, we celebrated two milestones:

  • Alexis Alcantar – 1 Year Anniversary

  • Paula Stolebarger – 10 Year Anniversary


Completed Search Assignments:

  • CFO for Clean Water Environmental Services, owned by Rockwood Equity Partners

  • CEO for a fast-growing, privately held professional services firm. Details to follow once confidentiality restrictions lift.

  • Activity was muted through late fall.

  • Post-Thanksgiving, new search assignments accelerated and have continued steadily.

  • We are speaking with an unusually high number of senior executives navigating longer-than-expected searches.
