Ashley Parsons Joins Z3Talent as Client Partner

 Z3Talent is thrilled to announce we have added Ashley Parsons to our team as a Client Partner. Ashley brings 8 years of experience in executive search with a focus on the execution of assignments for private equity backed clients. She has a strong record of success bringing best-in-class talent solutions and leaders to businesses in a diverse group of industries including technology, consumer products, financial services, real estate, and construction.

Prior to joining Z3Talent, Ashley led talent acquisition for a start-up EdTech company headquartered in Chicago. Additionally, she worked for a Top 3 International Executive Search firm.  Earlier in her career, Ashley worked in Equity Sales at an Investment Bank which provided the foundation for her strong understanding of the financial markets.
 
Ashley was born in Michigan and raised in Connecticut. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Williams College where she was the Co-Captain of their NCAA Championship tennis team in 2009-2010. Ashley recently relocated from Chicago to Denver.  In her spare time, she is very active with a passion for all racket sports and traveling.
